What is the "Weekly Leaderboard"?
The Weekly Leaderboard resets every Monday at 00:00 UTC. It tracks points earned within that week. The top performers on the weekly leaderboard are eligible for special badges and rewards.
What are "Live Events"?
Live Events are real-time competitions that happen at scheduled times. All participants answer the same questions simultaneously. These events usually offer higher point rewards and more intense competition.
What happens if I lose my internet connection during a quiz?
For standard quizzes, you can usually resume where you left off. However, for Live Events, since they happen in real-time, losing connection may result in missing questions. We recommend using a stable connection for Live Events.
How are quiz categories determined?
Our content team creates categories based on popular leagues (Premier League, La Liga, etc.), historical milestones, and major tournaments like the World Cup and Champions League.
How do I redeem my points for rewards?
Visit the "Rewards" section in the main menu. If you have enough points, you can select an available reward and follow the instructions to redeem it.
What kind of rewards are available?
Rewards range from digital badges and profile customizations to physical merchandise and partner vouchers. The reward catalog is updated regularly.
