By accessing and using FirstElevens ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of any updated terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 may require parental consent depending on local jurisdiction laws.

3. User Accounts

To participate in quizzes and live events, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activities that occur under your account.
  • Providing accurate and complete information during registration.

FirstElevens reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Competition Rules & Fair Play

FirstElevens is built on the spirit of fair competition. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Using automated scripts, bots, or any third-party software to gain an advantage.
  • Multiple accounts per individual to manipulate leaderboards or reward systems.
  • Sharing answers during live events or active competitions.
  • Exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities.

Violation of fair play rules will result in immediate disqualification, points forfeiture, and potential permanent account ban.

5. Virtual Points and Rewards

"Points" earned on the Platform have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion. Rewards offered are subject to availability and may be subject to additional verification of eligibility.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including questions, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of FirstElevens or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

FirstElevens is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any technical failures, data loss, or service interruptions that may occur during competitions or general use.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
